Watch: The xx's Night + Day Brixton

A short film documenting The xx's Night + Day Festival at London's O2 Brixton Academy.

The 20-minute long film features personal interview with the band, behind-the-scenes and live concert footage of the festival.

Last month, the band broke record when they played seven nights of sold-out shows at their hometown. This was an incredible record, given that the band was on a five-year album break since 2012's Coexist. Their latest album, I See You was released in January this year.

When the band saw that the shows were sold out, they decided to to make the event more than just live show to thanks their supportive fans and to give back to the community. Thus, the series of shows evolve to a festival which included film screenings, talks and community outreach projects.

For the live shows, each one were supported by different acts with special appearance Cat Power, Florence Welch, Jenny Beth from Savage, Sampha and Robyn.

The xx will be performing live in Singapore. They will be playing at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on the 25th of July.
